Today started as a nice quiet day. Everyone woke at the same time, I took all of the dogs out together. It rained all night, and the driveway is almost as slick as an ice skating rink. The dogs never seem to mind.
Walked up to the neighbor’s house and volunteered to help them get their truck up the driveway. It’s always nice to get the big Ford fired up and cutting roadway.
Finally done outside, and mom is bored. So, bring out the dominos. Mom always says she has to relearn the game each time we play, but don’t let her fool you. We don’t keep score anymore, because it isn’t about winning; it is about keeping the brain working. However, we do count the points. She had on of those 20+ point plays, and I just shake my head.
I will get a puzzle out for her tomorrow. That will keep her busy.
