My Christmas ornament hooks arrived today. Don’t try buying these in the off season, they are expensive. The Easter eggs I ordered a month ago have been waiting to be hung on my fugly tree.
Mom and I sat at the table assembling ornaments. We had to separate the eggs, thread the hook, bend the hook, and reseal the eggs. This went well, except for a few frustrations. I think mom likes being productive, so she wouldn’t give up.
So, off to the tree to hang the ornaments. It was dripping outside so we delayed. Finally, a dry moment. We headed out to the tree. We had about 10 of the 48 ornaments on the tree and the sky opens up and pours on us for 4 minutes. We persevered and finished hanging the eggs.
