I love peanut butter. I enjoy eating it directly from the jar, spread on toast, lathered on apples and celery, and even in recipes. This one, however, turns it into finger food.
You can pick up one of these morsels and enjoy it over the next several minutes. They aren’t bite sized, unless you enjoy a sugar rush. I indicated 20 minutes to make, but that might be a bit exaggerated.
I threw these together last night after dinner, and we were snacking on them before bed. I hope you enjoy.
Peanut Butter Fudge
A quick and simple way to turn ordinary peanut butter into finger food.

- 8×8 Baking Pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 16 oz brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- Melt butter in an easy to clean medium saucepan over medium heat. I use 5 on my dial.
- Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Pour over confectioners’ sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat until smooth. pour into an 8×8 inch dish.
- Chill until firm and cut into squares.
