Mel had just returned from Portland with an amazing gin. She described a Negroni, and I explained I am not a fan.
That was the start of the evening. We reviewed the recipe for this beverage she enjoyed so much. We had the gin, but none of the others. So, the magic of drink making began.
The recipe below is what we decided was, AMAZING.
Negroni on Rocky Canyon (Rockroni)
This modified Negroni will tempt you to not have another.
Servings: 1 Drink
Equipment
- 1 Bar Mixer
Ingredients
- 1.5 Oz Gin
- 1/2 Oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 Oz Orange Liquor Grande Marnier
- 2 Dashes Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a mixing glass
- Top with ice and stirr
- Strain into a glass
