The Dahlström Family and Beyond
After a series of detours, including a stalled dog adoption trip and a water pump failure, a local rescue visit led to the adoption of Hunter, a malnourished dog needing a home. Despite initial uncertainty and the need for a careful introduction to the resident dogs, Hunter has found his place, displaying compatibility and adjusting well to his new family.
2023 was a bittersweet year for Christian and Ian, marked by the loss of family members, Dianne’s move to memory care, and Ian’s excitement at The International DOTA2 event. Christian enjoyed work travels and both faced challenges and made vibrant memories with loved ones. Now in 2024, they plan to adopt a German Shepherd amidst snowy travel concerns.
